Websites Referrals

In this page, you can view the details of the website that referrer visitors to your website. In this example for the website www.ecomsmart.com, the list of visitors referred on Friday, May 30 2008, are listed. A total of 5 referrals were made that day. By selecting the day, the actual list of websites is shown and by selecting the website the list of visitors order by IP Address is displayed. If a visitor is selected, the total activity done by this visitor is showing. This section can be used to track and analyze the behavior of visitors that are referred to your site from other sites. For example, this can be used to test the result of paid click advertisement, to view if the visitors that you are paying for are buying products on your website or viewing the pages that you care.

This section can also be used to monitor the relation between multiples sites that you own. For example, which ones of your network of sites is bringing traffic to your own sites. Along with monitoring the success of online email campaigns. For example if you send a newsletter to 10,000 subscribers, you can view if from which emails are your visitors readying your newsletter (hotmail, gmail, mail yahoo) by seen which server drove more traffic to your site (referrals).
